Probate Court

230 E. 9th St.

Cincinnati, OH  45202

Attn:  Magistrate Stargel

    Send the NAME, YEAR of BIRTH & ADOPTION YEAR of the person.  The Magistrate will then check to see if the record is still available.  Then you must prove that you are a direct descendant to get a copy of the record.
