This is a CD of Scanned images of the original 1890-91 Covington & Newport, KY City Directory, including Dayton, Bellevue, Ludlow, Milldale & Bromley, KY. Consisting of 430 pages, including Surname, Given Name, Occupation & Address for 1890-91. Also included are some Advertisements, Business Directories (Covington & Newport), City Guides (Covington & Newport) & Street Directory. (This is not a complete directory, but it is only missing the Cincinnati Business Directory & United States Post Office Directory. The Library’s copy of this Directory was made up of Xerox pages. A couple of pages were bad Xerox copies.
Each page is labeled using the first Surname and the last Surname on that page, making it easier for you to find the surname that you need. You can enlarge the image for easier viewing and you can print out the pages that you need. Included are easy instructions for using this CD.
